Your coach will assess your current state and prescribe a program that will help reduce risk and/or reduce progression of Alzheimer’s and Dementia to help you maintain a healthy cognitive state. Daily interaction with your coach will help you stay on task and motivated to keep up with your program ongoing.

Your coach will assess your current state and prescribe a program that will help you cope with your depression in a healthy and positive way. Your coach will be in touch with you daily through email and will adapt your program based on your progress.

Concussion Treatment Program:
Immediately after a concussion, one must be very careful when returning to exercise. For some, it takes much longer to recover and symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and more. Whethear you recently suffered a concussion or are suffering long term-symptoms of a concussion, this program is for you. Your coach will assess your current state and create a starting point for activity you are comfortable with. Your coach will monitor your daily progress and adapt your program based on progress.
